Victoria O'Young
: creative director
Ms. O’Young’s projects have spanned the globe and the gamut
of design, from Swedish cars to juice bars and spas, to Jimi Hendrix CDs.
A native Australian, Victoria studied printmaking at the Sydney College
of the Arts, viola and piano at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, exhibited
her paintings and prints in Hong Kong and modeled extensively in Asia
and Europe. Following a successful modeling career including international
campaigns for such clients as Country Road, Benetton, and Pepsi Cola,
Victoria switched hemispheres and careers via a move to Los Angeles. There,
she attended Otis College of Art and Design, where she received her BFA
in Communication Arts.
In 1999, Victoria founded nichestudios company, a unique design studio
servicing a variety of clients in Los Angeles and beyond. Victoria is
a member of the AIGA and National Association of Women Business Owners.
Adam Pergament
: business development
A native New Yorker and long time Californian, Adam received his BA in
Liberal Arts and Economics from Columbia University and studied postgraduate
law at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
In the late 80’s, Adam applied his family’s background in
the fashion industry and pursued his interest in the arts. His fine art
and fashion photography was published numerous times while he became a
partner in a contemporary women’s clothing company, selling to top
retailers such as Fred Segal.
In 1999 Adam decided to approach the Internet with his extensive business
experience, applying the same data management skills garnered from his
years spent in corporate litigation. He successfully launched his company
11x14, an application service provider offering technology solutions in
web content requirements and the development of forward thinking marketing
strategies.
Adam joined nichestudios in 2002 bringing his wealth of experience to
the business development of cross-media design and marketing solutions.


Janet Botaish
Janet Botaish is an accomplished photography syndication agent specializing
in entertainment, music, movies and television. With experience in New
York, Chicago and Los Angeles, she has maintained a stellar reputation
for over twenty years.

and has branched out as a burgeoning force in creative resources, stock

reputation for strong marketing ideas and fair negotiations.

Bertrand Garbassi
Creative Director Bertrand Garbassi is an advertising polyglot -- versed
in creating tv spots, online campaigns, direct mail, event marketing and
promotions.
From Evian to Volvo, NASQAQ to Cadillac, Bertrand has worked with the
world's most visible brands at agencies as diverse as Euro RSCG, Y&R
and Leo Burnett.
After winning Adweek's Online Campaign of the Year for a Volvo launch
in 2001, Bertrand followed up with one of Adweek's top ten campaigns for
2004: The 'Meet the Lucky Ones'serialized online drama for Mercury
Vehicles.
Bertrand has worked consistently with nichestudios since 2002.
